Hospital & Health Care
Responsibilities
Lead solution design workshops; produce architecture and mapping to portal/mobile entry points
Configure Amazon Connect chat and contact flows; implement agent handoff; set routing/concurrency
Build and secure web widget integration and mobile SDK flows; align session handling and suppression logic
Integrate Parloa participant, Salesforce case creation, transcript export; instrument KPIs
Qualification
Required
Amazon Connect
Designing contact flows, Transfer to Agent blocks, routing profiles, concurrency, queues
Participant Service, StartChatContact, typing indicators/events, WebSocket message handling
Frontend Integration (Web Portals)
Embedding and securing chat widgets with JWT; SPA integration (React/Angular), session binding and termination on logout
Mobile Integration (Android/iOS)
AWS SDK usage for StartChatContact, WebSocket messaging, native UI/UX for chat, background/foreground lifecycle handling
AI Assistant Integration (Parloa)
Orchestrating Parloa as a native participant; intent/action APIs; guardrails for safe automation and handoffs
Identity, Security & Compliance
SAML/SSO (Azure AD) for agents; least privilege IAM; MFA; SCP/guardrails; CloudTrail/VPC Flow Logs; HIPAA risk analysis and PHI handling
Back end Integrations
Case creation (Salesforce), transcript storage/exports, audit logging, analytics/KPI instrumentation
DevOps & Operations
Landing zone alignment; environment promotion; monitoring/ing; runbooks; cost tracking vs. message volumes
5-8+ years implementing contact center solutions; 2+ years with Amazon Connect Chat
Hands on with web/mobile app SDKs, secure token flows, and real time messaging
Demonstrated experience in regulated environments (healthcare/financial)
Preferred
Experience migrating from Intercom or Cisco/Webex chat ecosystems to Amazon Connect
Knowledge of healthcare privacy/security standards and audit processes (HIPAA/SOC2)
