Talent Bridge is seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Manager to lead outpatient and intensive outpatient drug and alcohol treatment programs. This role focuses on operational excellence, staff development, regulatory compliance, and high-quality clinical care within a community-based recovery setting.
Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day program operations, staffing coordination, and timely delivery of client services
Train, mentor, supervise, and evaluate staff, interns, and volunteers
Lead recruitment, scheduling, and performance management activities
Ensure compliance with state and county regulations and maintain required program certifications (DMC, AOD)
Oversee CalOMS submissions and other required reporting
Monitor billing practices, SAPC procedures, and financial performance to support program sustainability
Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions and oversee treatment planning
Ensure quality of care, documentation accuracy, and regulatory adherence
Lead outreach and partnership efforts with DCFS, parole, probation, and community agencies
Promote awareness of substance use risks and recovery resources within the community

Required

Certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor with Clinical Supervision credentials (required)
5+ years of experience in human services or community-based substance use treatment programs
3+ years of experience leading or supervising teams
Familiarity with SAPC billing and reimbursement procedures
Strong understanding of recovery models, including 12-step programs
Experience developing treatment curricula and conducting observed drug testing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems
Reliable transportation, valid California driver's license, and willingness to travel between program sites (mileage reimbursed)
