The architect will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant architectures while guiding cross-functional teams through delivery and governance.

Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives
Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and strategic roadmaps
Lead cross-functional teams through design, development, testing, and deployment phases
Oversee:
Data modeling and migration
Multi-cloud integrations (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)
Declarative automation
Environment management
Enforce architecture governance, design standards, and best practices
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders
Ensure thorough documentation, testing protocols, and compliance
Participate in architecture consulting engagements and support proposal development to grow the business
Continuously assess feasibility, scope, and complexity of new capabilities and solutions
Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and delivery teams to ensure consistent solution design
Qualification
Required
Salesforce Solution Architect experience
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
8–10+ years of overall Solutions Architecture experience
5+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience
Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC)
Strong hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud
Proven experience in data modeling and migration
Proven experience in multi-cloud Salesforce integrations
Proficiency in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning / LWC, Force.com
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams across the full project lifecycle
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce CDP / Data Cloud
Experience driving process standardization and continuous improvement
Ability to assess architectural feasibility, scope, and complexity
Experience collaborating with multiple architecture and infrastructure teams
Exposure to open-source tools and modern integration patterns
Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud (SFSC)
Salesforce certifications in CDP / Data Cloud
Salesforce Solution Architect Certification (Any Cloud)
