Responsibilities
Review, model, analyze, and rebalance investment portfolios
Develop expertise in investments, markets, and financial planning
Create balance sheets, allocation reports, performance reports, cash flow analyses, Monte Carlo simulations, and other client deliverables
Assist in all aspects of client service, including spreadsheets, analyses, letters, tax documentation, emails, presentations, and data input
Prepare and deliver prospective client proposals and inventories
Become an expert in a core discipline or tool to enhance team capabilities
Actively mentor and educate junior teammates to ensure their success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
3–5 years of experience in a similar role; internship experience may be considered
Series 65 required (Series 7 or 66 may be substituted); must be obtained within three months of employment
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and independent, with a strong team-player attitude
Exceptional work ethic and willingness to work additional hours as needed
Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of basic financial planning principles for high-net-worth clients
Preferred
Advanced degrees or certifications such as CPA, CFP®, MBA preferred; relevant experience may substitute
