Information Technology
Responsibilities
Monitor incoming support tickets and issue queues
Respond to user inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 technical issues related to hardware, software, and user access
Escalate higher-tier issues to senior support staff or appropriate technical teams
Document solutions, update knowledge base articles, and maintain standard procedures
Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend corrective actions
Participate in team projects and system improvement initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ year of Help Desk or IT Support experience
1+ year of hands‑on technical troubleshooting, including Windows systems, printers, and common business applications
Basic experience with SQL queries and database navigation
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to multitask and manage multiple issues in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable supporting specialized applications and adapting to new tools quickly
Quick thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred
Experience supporting proprietary applications or working in fast‑paced operational environments is a plus
