The role involves managing claims, customer agreements, and providing administrative support while ensuring accuracy in data entry and processing.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Review co-op claims to verify available funds
Process installation rebate claims and ensure accurate data entry into templates
Generate credit memos and send templated communications to customers
Process miscellaneous and freight complaint credits with a high level of accuracy
Manage daily correspondence through Outlook
Receive and process completed customer agreement applications
Route Boat Builder applications to Regional Sales Managers for approval
Upload fully approved agreements into the Syteline ERP system
Send standardized welcome emails to newly approved customers
Review and process rebate claims for the following programs: Navico Installation Rebates, Boat Dealer Factory Incentive Program, Owner Support Program
Prepare weekly payment files in Excel and submit to Finance
Provide administrative support to the Commercial Operations Team Manager and team members as needed
Hybrid training schedule
1–2 days of formal training with SOPs
Followed by 1–2 weeks of supervised hands-on work
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in data entry, administration, logistics, or similar fields
High School Diploma required
Microsoft Excel: ability to enter data and use basic formulas
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Preferred
Experience with Syteline ERP
Experience using Adobe Acrobat
