Information Technology
Responsibilities
Taking in information from clients and entering it into their systems
Logging information and processing it through to the next stage
Pulling data from client cases and entering it into Microsoft Word or Excel
Triage client cases to determine if they need policy review or further action
Handling calls and emails from clients to schedule appointments
Qualification
Required
Must have access to laptop or desktop that supports Windows 11
Training: 2-3 months 830-530 EST
Reliable, accurate, and thorough
Microsoft Word - turn things into a PDF, Insert tables onto documents
Microsoft Excel - Pivot Tables, insert columns
Awareness of HIPAA
