Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day network administration and network troubleshooting support
Provide specifications for network architecture and evaluates and recommends new technologies
Diagnose problems and take necessary steps to remedy the problem or routes tickets to higher level of support
Work with the IT Manager on planning new projects and take ownership in the implementation of new network infrastructure components
Provide mentorship to the Network Administrator position and all Help Desk positions
Qualification
Required
Experience with network design and engineering
Network troubleshooting
Cisco routers and switches
Cisco Meraki
Network security and firewalls
Strong interpersonal skills, able to coordinate with other team members and external vendors
Ability to adjust to the workload - one day it may be slower and the next day could be very busy
