Tier 1 Helpdesk Support

They are seeking a Tier 1 Helpdesk Support to assist clients with their IT needs, requiring candidates to have completed relevant certifications and possess strong typing skills.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with technical support inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users
Document and track support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Candidates must live in the DFW area
The position requires you to be in office 2 days a week
Candidates that have completed the A+ certification or the Google IT Support Certifications
If you have not completed the certifications but are 90% of the way through studies, please still apply
