Responsibilities
Lead AI‑first delivery with a team pioneering new ways of working—operationalizing AI across the SDLC to move faster with confidence
Shape the backlog. Convert epics and strategy into backlog‑ready user stories with clear, verifiable acceptance criteria, non‑functional requirements, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
MCP: Utilize MCP tools/resources to Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Figma, and domain docs to supercharge story creation and refinement
Rovo: Utilize Rovo workflows to help standardize refinement, keep docs live, and hand off work across Jira ↔ Confluence ↔ GitHub/Figma
Assistants: Use AI assistants to draft requirements and user stories, surface edge cases, and boost code/context understanding
Map complex systems. Understand and document API endpoints, payloads, error semantics, and retries; call out data contracts, dependencies, and integration risks
Build side‑by‑side with engineering. Translate stories into buildable tasks, agree on the best‑fit requirements format as we learn, and iterate in short cycles with checkpoints for fast validation
Partner on quality. Co‑design test cases with QA and ensure traceability from acceptance criteria to tests; support UAT and defect triage with crisp, evidence‑based analysis
Drive clarity & alignment. Facilitate refinement, document assumptions and decisions, manage change impacts, and keep Confluence current with linked artifacts across tools
Measure improvement. Track cycle‑time, rework, story readiness, AC→test traceability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
4–8+ years of directly related professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with agent-assisted delivery
Experience with MCP tools/resources
Experience with Jira
Experience with Confluence
Experience with GitHub
Experience with Figma
Experience with Rovo
Experience with Swagger
Experience with Agile/Scrum on cross‑functional teams
Experience with backlog management, grooming, slicing, Definition of Ready/Done
Ability to create clear, atomic, verifiable user stories & acceptance criteria
Experience with APIs & data, including Swagger literacy, JSON payloads, error handling patterns
Experience with tools such as Postman and SQL for validation
Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Amazon Q, or equivalents
Practical understanding of MCP and Rovo
Strong communication & facilitation skills, including crisp writing and visual clarity
Ability to drive alignment across Product Management, Engineering, QA, Security, and Architecture
Preferred
Experience with Claude code
