Responsibilities
Analyze partner account and page performance to identify opportunities for improvement or product adoption
Support partner performance tracking, monitor market trends, and forecast potential risks and opportunities
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Programs, and Partnerships teams
Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business vs. technical constraints, and help resolve cross‑team blockers
Operate effectively in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment similar to a start‑up setting
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience working with data, process improvement, and system‑driven efficiency as a Project or Program Manager
Strong data analysis and operational background
Experience within the music and entertainment ecosystem, including direct work with entertainment partners
3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account/partner management, or project management
Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem
Experience working directly with entertainment partners
Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital Media, or Entertainment
Self‑starter who can prioritize workstreams and clearly communicate priorities to stakeholders
Strong operational and process‑driven experience
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Comfortable delivering public presentations to diverse audiences
Preferred
Spanish fluency (preferred, not required)
