Responsibilities
Work with the engineering team to produce highly performant, reliable, and scalable architectures for our largest customers
Improve the sophistication of our deployment pipelines and build self-serve infrastructure tooling (like Atlantis) to enable other engineering teams to move faster
Develop isolated deployment capabilities (managed VPCs) for upmarket customers within their hosted ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Lead large projects from initial inception to production, participating in roadmapping, architecture, and planning discussions
Participate in on-call rotation and system maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
5 - 10 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role, working with Terraform and Kubernetes
Experience in a startup or growth-stage B2B SaaS company
Deep experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with any of the following: Observability (Prometheus), Redis, Elasticsearch
Experience designing and deploying highly scalable systems, high-throughput data workloads, production-grade CI/CD
Experience with self-hosted deployments, (managed VPC–style architectures)
High ownership, bias toward action, willing to 'dig in' without heavy process or large support orgs
Comfortable with ambiguity and untangling technical debt
