Information Technology
Responsibilities
Analyze raw time‑series telemetry (temperature, flow, pressure, pump speed, etc.) for correctness and signal reliability
Perform practical statistics: variance, distributions, percentiles, anomaly patterns, IQR, deviations, etc
Build and transform datasets (wide → long, long → wide), perform data wrangling, cleansing, and aliasing
Write advanced KQL using make‑series, make‑list, decompose‑series, etc. for rapid signal exploration
Use Python (as needed) for deeper transformations, prototyping, or validation scripts
Prototype detection logic, validate with backfill tests, and document expected behavior
Produce clear visual narratives explaining trends, anomalies, and correctness for engineering teams
Partner with developers to ensure logic is ready for deployment, and with PM to align on acceptance criteria. --> TELL THE STORY
Work in ADO Boards to track work
Review low-code/no code detection pipelines
Qualification
Required
3-5 YOE Advanced KQL - Time‑series analysis
make‑series, decompose, anomaly operators
python experience is necessary for analysis
MUST HAVE demonstrated analysis experience with large (wide & long) data sets
8+ YOE Data plumbing & transformation
assembling, cleansing, reshaping, and validating complex datasets - providing prototypes that developer partners can convert into logic
large-scale, high-volume telemetry formatting/transformation
5+ YOE Applied Statistical Reasoning
variance, distributions, IQR, pdfs, deviations; ability to reason about data quality and correctness
ability to rapidly falsify assumptions, choose correct statistical tools (not trial‑and‑error), and reason about distributions, variance, PDFs, covariance, and frequency patterns
