This role is critical to delivering a positive customer experience and involves handling customer inquiries, performing general office duties, and supporting data and order entry.

Responsibilities
Handle high‑volume inbound phone calls; assist returning customers with program questions, payments, service estimates, and general account needs
Answer billing questions and process credit/debit payments
Complete order entry, data entry, and scheduling tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Send emails, manage invoicing, and maintain up‑to‑date customer records
Make outbound follow‑up calls as needed
Support daily office operations and perform routine administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience
Computer skills: Microsoft office suite, Data Entry, Systems Navigation
HS Diploma
Critical thinking skills
Active listening skills
Preferred
Inbound phone experience
Experience within the lawn care industry
