Responsibilities
Set up club space prior to event and maintain cleanliness of space during event
Responsible for Club stations during service to include: keeping stations stocked, neat and clean; running food from kitchen/pantry; serving food; preparing coffee beverages
Address any guest questions or concerns, escalating to Supervisor as needed
Adhere to Department of Health food handling regulations and Company’s alcohol service guidelines
Position could be assigned to another area within Premium, as per Local 100 contract and call sheet order
Madison Club Server Assistants will also be assigned to work in The Loft; during non-club events, Madison Club Server Assistants may be assigned to work in Catering
Qualification
Required
Able to walk and stand during the entire shift
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment
