The role involves managing the physical studio space, tracking retail sales, and maintaining client communications while working closely with the Studio Owner on various projects.

Responsibilities
Physical studio space management, organization, and improvement projects (ability to left Pilates equipment up to 20lbs)
Track retail sales, inventory and re-stock
Light maintenance/cleaning/upkeep
Client and renter communications/scheduling
Calendar planning, tracking and troubleshooting
Assisting in visioning and implementing new strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year commitment
Extremely organized and detail-oriented, proactive critical thinker
Ability to work in-person at the studio spaces at least 12 hours per week, ~4 hours remote, if desired
Interest in Pilates/fitness and commitment to helping others in their wellness and health efforts
Ability to respond quickly to changing needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client contact information and studio intellectual property must be kept strictly confidential
Ability and willingness to lift and move equipment (up to 20lbs with safety and guidance provided)
Job will require some errands. CA driver's license and insured vehicle required. (Mileage driven for work errands will be reimbursed but mileage for reporting to studio location will not)
Essential Skills Needed: Email (Gmail), phone, scheduling software, Excel/spreadsheets, Online Scheduling (Vagaro—training can be provided)
