Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
2+ years' experience as an engineering manager, or a technical lead with a passion for coaching and mentoring others
1+ years developing AI-powered applications or integrating AI/ML features into product features
Experience in building web applications using React, TypeScript
Experience leveraging AI to increase engineering velocity and quality
Proven ability to manage cross-functional and cross-org partnerships with product, research, design, and engineering teams
Proven ability to cultivate a collaborative and inclusive org culture, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team
