Responsibilities
Architect and build our core platform from the ground up with near-total autonomy
Lead the integration of advanced AI/LLM features (RAG, custom agents, and context engineering)
Make high-stakes technical decisions without a roadmap or a committee
Function as the final technical authority on the stack (React, Node, Python/Go)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Full-Stack experience (ideally with Lead or Founding experience)
Proven track record of building and scaling products independently
Expert-level proficiency in React, Node.js, and modern AI implementations
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chicago
