Responsibilities
Builds software that’s reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain
Makes sure our services are secure, modular, monitored, and ready to perform
Works with architects to create high-scale services and turn ideas into solutions
Sets strong programing standards for easy integration and stability
Writes code that’s simple to test, monitor, and deploy
Improves monitoring and add self-healing so our systems stay strong
Boosts test coverage and quickly solve any service issues
Works with partners to make onboarding smooth
Promotes top-notch engineering practices and always look to improve
Plans for growth, tune performance, and make sure we’re ready for new challenges
Helps with on-call shifts and use feedback from incidents to upgrade our services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 1+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Reliable design, problem solving and communication skills
