Mid, Senior LevelNavasana Inc. is building the underwriting infrastructure for the AI era cyber risk. The Full Stack Python Developer will work directly with the CTO on backend systems, data pipelines, and third-party integrations, owning features end to end from design through production.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django/FastAPI) and modern frontend frameworks
Design and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, including RAG systems for AI driven underwriting
Integrate with third party APIs including security platforms (CrowdStrike, Okta), cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and insurance systems
Transition prototype AI features into production ready, highly available services
Implement secure coding practices aligned with SOC 2 requirements and our security first mission
Make critical technical decisions under tight deadlines with limited direction this is an early stage company, not a feature factory
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Python and its ecosystem, with solid API design and database management skills
Hands on experience integrating LLMs into functional applications OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs; familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases
Proficiency in SQL and experience designing pipelines for both structured and unstructured data
Experience building and maintaining third party API integrations
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud native services (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable)
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to own problems end to end without detailed specifications
Preferred
Prior experience in insurance or cybersecurity sectors
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
Experience with monitoring and observability tooling
Background in security engineering or compliance sensitive environments
