Providing administrative support to different departments as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette for professional communication
Proficiency in appointment scheduling, managing calendars, and organizing tasks effectively
Experience in administrative assistance and clerical tasks such as record keeping and filing systems
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers and team members
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or in a front office setting
High school diploma or equivalent desired; additional administrative qualifications are a plus
