5+ years expEast Columbia Basin Irrigation District (ECBID) is seeking a qualified and motivated Project Engineer to join their team. This role provides project management and engineering support for new development projects and the operation and maintenance of the District’s irrigation and drainage systems.
Water Supply and Irrigation Systems
Responsibilities
Planning, design, and cost estimating for infrastructure projects
Construction management, scheduling, and coordination with contractors
Tracking, documenting, and reporting project progress
Supporting work related to pumps, pipelines, canals, drains, system modernization, delivery structures, and related facilities
Assisting with engineering and construction survey activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in agricultural, civil, or related engineering discipline
Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience
Strong project management and communication skills
Preferred
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license desirable
Experience in water infrastructure or civil construction preferred
