Responsibilities
Design and oversee the development of an AI-enabled Liquid LP digital platform, including the client portal, advisor interface, data reporting, and core backend systems
Translate lending workflows and operational requirements into technical specifications and product roadmaps
Define the product’s data model, user flows, and system architecture to ensure scalability, security, and compliance with financial data standards
Own the full-stack product build, including new projects and enhancements required as the business evolves
Lead the technical integration of Liquid LP into RIA and wealth management ecosystems, including custodians and advisor platforms such as Envestnet, Orion, Addepar, Tamarac, Black Diamond, Schwab Advisor Center, Pershing, and Fidelity Wealthscape
Manage and optimize data connectivity via APIs and otherwise to ensure real-time visibility of fund holdings and client accounts
Collaborate with RIA technology and operations teams to align data structures, authentication, and reporting workflows
Select and manage outsourced developers and technology vendors to execute platform development efficiently
Implement agile (or similar) project management practices, ensuring timely delivery of MVPs, enhancements, and integrations
Establish technical documentation, version control, and testing protocols
Develop the underlying data architecture to track loan activity, collateral fund performance, and client accounts
Partner with underwriting and operations teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting
Build the foundation for robust dashboards and analytics to monitor portfolio health and client engagement
Design intuitive, secure interfaces for HNW borrowers and advisors to view loan information, receive statements, make payments, and request liquidity
Ensure UX/UI aligns with expectations of the RIA and wealth management client base
Partner with marketing and design resources to create a cohesive client experience consistent with Liquid LP’s brand
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product management, technology, or platform development within fintech, wealth management, or adjacent technology-driven environments
Experience implementing AI-driven tools or workflows to improve product development, automation, analytics, or operational efficiency
Experience building and launching full-stack financial products or platforms, ideally with exposure to private markets, alternative investments, or wealth lending solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage outsourced developers while maintaining high product standards
Strong technical literacy – comfortable designing system architecture, managing APIs, and performing light hands-on work if needed (no “pure PMs”)
Highly nimble and adaptable with entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable operating in ambiguity
Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps
Collaborative working style, with strong communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
Strong understanding of API frameworks, authentication, and data exchange protocols
Passion for building modern, scalable financial technology platforms that enhance client experience and transparency
Preferred
Familiarity with RIA / wealth management technology stacks and data integrations is preferred
Familiarity with wealth management data standards, custodial feeds, and advisor-facing workflows
