Mid LevelScalence L.L.C. is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies. The Technical Program Manager III will be responsible for strategic planning, managing project scope, and delivering programs within defined constraints.

Responsibilities
Deliver programs within constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget
Manage project scope definition, requirements gathering, and documentation
Oversee project schedule development and tracking, budget management, and status reporting
Facilitate complex issue resolution and ensure excellent communication across multiple organizational levels
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Technical Program Management experience with the ability to work with cross-functional partners
Technical skills and an engineering background with strong risk assessment capabilities
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field
Programming experience
Not only PMP and project manager experience, Technical understanding of distributing systems is important for this role. Not technical at all
Preferred
Data Centre Experience
Experience with large-scale systems in FANG companies (Facebook-Meta, Apple, Netflix, Google)
