Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
Maintain employee records, HR systems, and documentation
Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management
Ensure accurate HR reporting and data integrity
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support performance management, feedback cycles, and appraisals
Drive engagement initiatives, culture programs, and internal communications
Ensure compliance with federal, state (Texas), and local labor laws
Implement and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs
Support audits and internal reviews
Coordinate training programs, upskilling initiatives, and certifications
Support leadership development and career progression frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role
Strong knowledge of US HR practices and employment laws
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience working in a technology or AI-driven company
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems
SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus
