Manage sensitive employee relations processes while driving change and optimizing operations
Extensive experience in performance management and separation processes, with a strong ability to manage complex administration, documentation, and reporting
Proficient in using data to tell stories and influence decision-making
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across various disciplines and levels
Experience in setting and delivering operationally-minded program strategies
Natural planner with a flair for managing projects effectively
Deep understanding of process transformation and change management
Exceptional communicator with the ability to foster positive relationships
Curious, flexible, and results-oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
