Responsibilities
Managing social media posting across multiple client accounts
Ensuring content moves smoothly from idea to edit to post
Working directly with editors to ensure posts are delivered correctly
Allocating content to the right editor and keeping everything organized and on schedule
Handling outreach—communicating with creators, coordinating collaborations, and helping bring people into clients’ locations to make content
Scheduling posts, keeping clients active, following up with people, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills — comfortable messaging creators, editors, and clients without sounding awkward or unprofessional
Extremely organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple client accounts at once
Proven consistency — can follow a posting schedule and make sure things go live on time, every time
Familiar with Instagram and TikTok posting workflows (feeds, reels, captions, tagging, basics of analytics)
Comfortable coordinating with editors and allocating content clearly
Confident doing outreach and follow-ups for collaborations and content opportunities
Able to work independently and take ownership without constant supervision
Fast responder — understands that momentum matters in social media
Problem-solver mindset: when something breaks or goes missing, you fix it instead of waiting
Interest in marketing, content, or social media beyond just casual scrolling
Google drive
Preferred
Experience managing social media for a brand, business, or personal page
Prior outreach, sales, or customer-facing experience
