Qualification
Required
Around 4 years of real-world development experience, required
Experience bringing applications to production
Strong backend and architecture understanding
Familiarity with deployments, migrations, DevOps workflows
Ability to work in fast, live collaborative environments
Pragmatic mindset, ship and stabilize over perfection
Strong communication and decision making
