5+ years expMindlance is a company seeking a Digital Product Manager to join their Third Party Integration team. This role involves leading the development of digital products that provide solutions for advisors and third-party partners, focusing on data delivery capabilities and client experience.

Responsibilities
Execution – Own and drive all aspects required to bring new data delivery capabilities to partners
Client Experience – Serve clients by designing and delivering data customizations and ad-hoc reporting capabilities
Partnership – Collaborate with technology, relationship managers, participant integration team and others in delivering value to our clients
Lead the product development of Data Delivery Platform and utilization across Client’s client-facing and internal channels
Formulate and evolve the platform experience vision, strategy, and roadmap
Build strong partnerships with important team members and third parties
Champion Agile methodologies, supporting your team members in their roles in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation and demos
Work cross-functionally with technical, design, business, and compliance counterparts to define product release requirements and investigate production issues as they arise
Create and maintain key performance metrics to drive the platform to a performant, scalable future state
Create the awareness and engagement for the platform and provide relevant and concise updates to management teams
Be the platform subject matter specialist and evangelist to partners
Think “horizontally” for cross enterprise integration opportunities that would deliver an exceptional experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years product management experience
MS Office Suite - Excel & Powerpoint especially
DATA Analytics experience
Financial Industry Experience - specific to Brokerage/Dealer Advisor Services
Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple project results
Bachelor's degree required
Strong ability to translate technology to business partners
Highly organized, outstanding attention to detail, and ability to set and balance to deadlines
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences
Skilled at working cross-functionally with technology, service, marketing and product teams to lead the entire lifecycle of a digital platform
Prior experience as an Agile Product Owner or leading scrum teams with a deep understanding of agile
Curiosity, positivity, and ability to learn quickly, adapt and thrive in a complex, multifaceted environment
Preferred
Good understanding and/or experience with financial services
MBA or Master of Science preferred
