Director/ExecutiveLENS is dedicated to ending traffic accidents by partnering with Public Safety Agencies to detect pre-accidents. As the Director of Engineering for Platform and Infrastructure, you will lead the engineering team to enhance the capabilities of the LENS platform, ensuring high-quality product delivery that prevents accidents and saves lives.

Responsibilities
Increase the scale and speed of preventing accidents by motivating and guiding the engineering team
Enable the engineering team to execute plans and iterate creatively through challenges
Ensure all five layers of the LENS Platform are designed, built, operated, and scaled effectively
Unblock teams and individual contributors, and identify dependencies proactively
Bring system-level thinking, creativity, and operations to all tasks
Work on self-service capabilities, deployment and observability tooling, cloud systems, shared services, and reliability practices
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading engineering teams and driving transformational change
Strong understanding of platform and infrastructure engineering
Ability to motivate and guide engineering teams to execute plans
Experience in designing, building, operating, and scaling complex systems
Proven track record of enabling teams to achieve significant outcomes
Strong system-level thinking and creativity
Experience with self-service capabilities, deployment and observability tooling, cloud systems, and reliability practices
