Responsibilities
Serves as the first point of contact for various Blackhawk Online Commerce partners in the first party space, providing day-to-day support to our clients
Able to route internal requests to help provide expert guidance on products and best practices to clients, troubleshooting technical issues as needed
Oversees promotional setup, testing, and launch. This includes creating PSA objects, collecting all creative and data assets, facilitate semi testing with the client, and providing confirmation on go live dates

Loading inventory codes
Password resets
Faceplate Manager updates
Order troubleshooting
Login troubleshooting
Website troubleshooting
SFTP/Tumbleweed Login assistance
Qualification
Required
90% English level. Effective communication skills: must be fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines
High degree of initiative and keen sense of urgency
Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
Detail oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
1+ years' experience in customer service, or administrative support in sales and/or marketing
