Responsibilities
Opportunity assessment: Evaluate client use cases to identify opportunities for deploying Agentic AI solutions, such as workflow automation and decision agents
Architectural design: Support the design of multi-agent architectures and decision-flow logic for autonomous operations
Integration collaboration: Work with engineering teams to facilitate integration of solutions into client systems like enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and Helpdesk platforms
Proof-of-concept development: Assist in the development of proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to validate business impact
Performance monitoring: Monitor and evaluate agent performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy and latency
Compliance assurance: Ensure solutions adhere to compliance, security, and ethical AI guidelines
Documentation creation: Develop client-facing technical documentation and training materials
Qualification
Required
Understanding of AI frameworks: Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), autonomous agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools
Proficiency in prompt engineering and multi-agent task coordination
Integration experience: Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise tools like Salesforce and ServiceNow
Analytical mindset: Ability to define measurable success metrics and analyze performance data
Communication skills: Effective communication skills for both technical and business audiences
