Validate sequencing, dependencies, and capacity at the program level
Identify gaps, conflicts, and risk early—before they impact delivery
Ensure priorities, platform targets, and strategic decisions are clearly reflected in schedules
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional programs, emphasis on gaming industry experience preferred
Proven delivery of complex hardware–software or platform-based products
Strong experience managing dependencies, risk, and tradeoffs at scale
Ability to operate with authority across organizations and cultures
Preferred
Experience with regulated products or global teams preferred
MBA preferred or equivalent experience leading complex, cross-functional programs at scale
