Responsibilities
Assisting customers via live support channels, addressing their questions about TurboTax products and tax return software, and guiding them through various processes such as downloading, logging in, importing documents, and filing
Providing solutions to basic tax questions and troubleshooting common issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
During peak periods, such as the tax season, you may be required to work additional hours to meet customer demand
Building a friendly and professional rapport with customers while maintaining high service standards will be key to your success
Participating in certification training to enhance your product knowledge and support skills, with the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance and work hours
