Responsibilities
Overseeing all accounting, reporting, budgeting, and analytical functions
Ensuring full compliance with GAAP and corporate standards
Partnering closely with the General Manager and corporate Controller to drive financial performance
Improving operational accountability and supporting strategic decision-making
Strengthening inventory accuracy, WIP tracking, and working capital management
Enhancing financial processes, systems, and controls
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
At least ten years of progressive accounting/finance experience
Strong experience in manufacturing and inventory accounting
Deep manufacturing accounting expertise
Strong analytical capabilities
Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a decentralized organization
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to operate effectively in a decentralized, fast-moving environment
Capacity to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
Exhibit forward-thinking problem-solving
Curiosity, ownership, and a proactive drive for process improvement
Preferred
CPA or MBA preferred
Aerospace & Defense experience
Epicor or similar ERP expertise
Private equity reporting experience
