SC Planning Program Manager
Andelyn Biosciences, Inc is a biopharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization specializing in advancing novel gene therapies. The Supply Chain Planning Program Manager will support the Supply Chain team in developing the Master Production Schedule and ensuring customer requirements are met while maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Responsibilities
Utilize ERP system to develop and maintain a long-term Master Production Schedule
Ensure Master Production Schedule is capacity feasible based on predefined resources applying rough-cut capacity planning processes
Facilitate monthly demand meetings to collect projected demand/forecasts from functional areas and load into ERP system
Confirm alignment is maintained between Master Production Schedule and functional area production schedules to meet customer requirements
Provide directions to the Production Planning team as needed to make certain timely execution of production schedules
Communicate production order status to Business Team as needed
Responsible for establishing inventory level policies and targets utilizing standard ABC/XYZ analysis
Share SAP B1 knowledge and support Supply Chain department as system subject matter expert
Lead department related projects to meet timelines, specifically pertaining to SAP B1
Oversee KPIs and initiate metric improvement plans
Manage processes and changes to Planning related master data to ensure accuracy
Support other Supply Chain roles within the department

Performs in accordance with established policies, procedures, and techniques and requires training, common experience or working knowledge related to the tasks performed

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Sound knowledge of Master Production Scheduling, Rough-cut Capacity Planning, and Material Requirements Planning within SAP B1 or ERP system preferred
Department subject matter expert in SAP B1
Career-level position within field. Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and adjust as priorities change
Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) including data interpretation and reporting
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive work environment
Must possess a client-focused mindset in daily tasks
Must possess prior experience handling confidential information and the ability to maintain confidentiality
