Responsibilities
Design, develop, and validate software systems and applications with a focus on user experience and functionality
Plan and manage technical software development projects, including scheduling, resource coordination, and milestone tracking
Lead usability testing and design evaluations to ensure solutions meet end-user requirements and expectations
Collaborate with product development teams to integrate usability and functional requirements throughout the development lifecycle
Compile, analyze, and document test results, design specifications, and technical findings to support continuous improvement
Contribute to the creation and enforcement of design standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5 or more years of experience in software development
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++, with the ability to apply them across diverse development environments
Experienced in both front-end and back-end development, with a solid understanding of full-stack architecture and integration
Familiar with Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum, with practical experience in iterative development and team collaboration
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, including deployment and service integration
Knowledgeable in database management systems, including both SQL and NoSQL technologies, for efficient data modeling and access
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective teamwork across multidisciplinary groups
Capable of working independently, managing time efficiently, and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines
Hands-on experience in GUI development using modern tools and frameworks, with a focus on usability and performance
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, ensuring secure design and implementation of software systems
