Responsibilities
Develop and manage project schedules, scope, RAID logs, communication plans, and stakeholder reporting
Coordinate with business partners, technology teams, and vendors to align deliverables and dependencies
Track milestones, risks, and integration points across software development workflows
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations when required
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, governance requirements, and change control procedures
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Ensure backlogs, sprint boards, and work items in Jira are well maintained, accurate, and aligned to delivery expectations
Remove impediments, escalate blockers when needed, and maintain team focus on sprint and project objectives
Support Product Owners with backlog organization, acceptance criteria clarity, and readiness for upcoming sprints
Monitor delivery metrics and team throughput to support predictable execution
Leverage Jira for project tracking, dashboards, workflow visibility, and reporting
Utilize ServiceNow for demand intake, change management, incident coordination, and portfolio processes
Prepare and deliver project status updates founded on accurate data and clear communication
Partner with Product Owners, technical leads, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness
Facilitate communication across multiple teams to support software development and IT delivery
Coordinate with Program Managers and enterprise governance teams on release planning and broader program milestones
Identify process gaps and support enhancements to improve work management and project performance
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role supporting IT or software development projects
Strong proficiency with Jira and working knowledge of ServiceNow
Experience leading cross-functional technology teams and managing delivery timelines in Agile or hybrid environments
Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and technology implementation workflows
Strong communication, facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Experience with scaled delivery environments (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS)
Background managing projects with a mix of Agile and Waterfall processes
Experience in organizations with formal SDLC governance or enterprise portfolio management
Additional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or advanced Scrum/Agile credentials
Agile certification such as CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent
