Responsibilities
Capture high-quality video and photography at construction job sites, company events, and internal meetings
Operate drones to safely and professionally capture aerial footage
Film and photograph leadership communications, including shadowing the CEO during employee interactions
Edit videos and images for use on social media platforms
Create short-form and long-form content that aligns with our brand voice and company values
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to plan shoots and content needs
Maintain and manage video, photo, and drone equipment
Ensure all content is captured safely and in compliance with job-site safety standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in videography, photography, and basic video editing
Proficiency with editing
Experience flying drones and capturing aerial footage
Ability to work in active construction environments and follow safety protocols
Strong eye for detail, composition, and authentic storytelling
Flexible availability and ability to work on short notice as needed
Reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites and company events
Ability to safely walk, stand, and move through active construction sites while adhering to all safety protocols
Willingness and ability to travel as needed within a 60-mile radius
Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods to capture required photo and video content
Ability to lift and carry camera, drone, and related equipment as needed
Must wear appropriate construction-site attire, including proper footwear and required personal protective equipment (PPE)
