Responsibilities
Own sourcing strategy and execution for Go-To-Market (GTM) sales positions, including Enterprise Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Enablement professionals
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies
Source candidates through various channels and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, ATS, personal network, employee referrals, etc
Conduct initial candidate screenings via GoogleMeet or Zoom
Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
Track and report sourcing metrics to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) sales recruitment as a sourcer, or internal recruiter, preferably at a high-growth technology company
Proven success with sourcing for Enterprise Account Executives and Business Development Representatives for B2B SaaS companies, or similar organizations
Strong understanding of skill sets, job functions, and industry trends
Manage relationships and expectations with internal stakeholders
Experience with developing effective outreach campaigns to candidates
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
