Document customer interactions and information accurately in our systems
Escalate Issues When Needed
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
Follow Company Procedures
Adhere to established guidelines and procedures to maintain service quality standards

Qualification

Required

Basic written and verbal communication abilities in English
