Responsibilities

Work in the Interventional Spine (Pain) business within Product Management and Marketing
Be partnered with a mentor, aside from your manager
Contribute to projects that impact strategic priorities such as:
Customer insight generation
Product and portfolio strategy
Growth strategies and new business development
New product development and commercialization optimization tactics
Market development initiatives
Be evaluated for a full-time offer following your internship
Leading or supporting a comprehensive market assessment to gather unique customer insights through direct and indirect customer interactions to understand and influence:
Future technology opportunities, segmentation, and rate of adoption
Physician behaviors, procedural workflows, and experiences
Product selection criteria and key buying factors
Contributing to the development of a commercialization plan by:
Building dynamic market and financial models to analyze the impact of strategic options
Developing segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies
Investigating and recommending new services and solutions
Execution of market research to support the development of new products, including:
Analyzing market size, segments, product usage, dynamics, and trends
Conducting competitive assessments of products, technologies, pricing, distribution, and positioning
Execution of primary and secondary market research

Required

Must graduate between December 2026 and May 2027
Currently pursuing a degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
Must have reliable transportation to and from the Maple Grove, MN Boston Scientific location

Preferred

Experience understanding customer needs using various research methods
Innovative, creative, outside-the-box thinker; strives to find new solutions
Strong analytical, written, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional team environment
