Responsibilities
Visit real estate listings to hand draw and measure floor plan layouts
Provide accurate measurements with a laser measurer and translate them into hand drafted floor plans
Draft floor plans based on client specifications
Collaborate with the design team
Ensure accuracy and quality in the final deliverables
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, TRAVEL UP TO 40 MILES
Proficiency in floor plan drafting and creation
Experience in architectural drafting or design
Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
Preferred
Knowledge of real estate or construction industry is a plus
