Install displays, audio systems, control systems, and conferencing tech
Read and execute AV drawings and system designs
Mentor technicians and manage daily jobsite workflow
Coordinate with project managers and other trades
Ensure clean, professional, high-quality installations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial AV installation experience
Prior lead or crew leadership experience
Strong AV signal flow knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot and lead from the field
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Extron certifications
Dante / AV over IP experience
