Responsibilities
Greet every service customer as they enter and exit the building
Direct customers to the appropriate advisor or department
Walk customers to their vehicle when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming waiting area
Keep coffee stocked and brewed
Tidy seating areas and remove trash throughout the day
Answer overflow inbound service calls
Manage service loaner/rental vehicles
Document reservations
Assist with check-in and check-out
Ensure proper paperwork is completed
Assist with cashiering during busy periods
Scan, file, and organize service and warranty documents
Scan warranty repair orders to offsite warranty partners
Provide overflow support with warranty documentation when needed
Assist with scheduling service appointments
Provide basic updates or route calls to the appropriate team member
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience
Preferred
Automotive or dealership experience
