Responsibilities

Own the studio production calendar and daily workflow: intake requests, prioritize shoots by brand/channel, and manage capacity to hit weekly targets
Oversee end-to-end eCommerce shoot execution (on-figure, flat lay, ghost mannequin, still life), ensuring consistent framing, lighting, styling, and brand standards
Manage studio staffing and on-set resourcing (photographers, stylists, assistants, freelancers, vendors); set clear expectations and ensure smooth set flow
Partner cross-functionally with eCommerce, Creative, Merchandising, and Production to align on seasonal priorities, product readiness, and shot lists
Establish and maintain studio SOPs for shoot prep, capture, file handling, and handoff to DAM/PIM/CMS; ensure naming conventions, metadata, and version control
Track and improve studio KPIs (throughput, on-time delivery, reshoot rates, quality checks) and implement process improvements that increase efficiency without sacrificing image standards
Oversee equipment and studio maintenance (camera bodies/lenses, lighting, tethering, backdrops, grip); coordinate repairs, rentals, and upgrades as needed
Manage studio budgets and vendor invoices; monitor spend and identify opportunities to optimize costs across production and retouching
Collaborate with post-production/retouching partners to ensure consistent color, true-to-product representation, and channel-specific export requirements (PDP, marketplace, campaigns)
Support special projects as needed (hero imagery, PDP refreshes, marketplace requirement changes, brand initiatives)
