Senior Staff Technical Program Manager
Intuit is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join the CyberCRAFT Program Management Office. Build and Mentor: Want to be a recognized leader in your field and influence and help others? You'll be a thought leader within the TPM community, defining and championing best practices, driving continuous improvement through experimentation, and mentoring other TPMs
Master the Domain: Passionate about solving big challenges? You'll leverage your expert-level technical understanding to drive innovation, solve complex business problems, and influence strategy, and will also work with our PMO team and community to utilize AI in the program management craft to accelerate our business impact
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience building, leading and delivering complex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization
Ability to drive at scale, and help the organization scale (across people, processes, technology)
Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycles
Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desired
Ability to analyze industry trends, understand Intuit's strategy, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate business outcomes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels in a matrix organization, from individual contributors to senior executives
Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data to assess program progress, identify risks, and drive decision-making
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired
Preferred
Experience with data analytics and AI/ML concepts is a plus
