Manage resource deployment and project staffing in collaboration with suppliers
Ensure project resourcing is managed to ensure timely delivery
Communicate resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines to appropriate Project Managers
Utilize Human Capital Management principles
Develop and maintain strong business analytics using tools including Tableau and Smartsheet
Automate tasks and analyze large datasets
Apply professional services and consulting experience to resource management
Qualification
Required
Understanding of Professional Services experience in consulting
Experience in technical writing
Proven experience in resource management and project staffing with suppliers
Human Capital Management knowledge
Strong writing and editing skills
Business Analytics proficiency (Tableau, Smartsheet, automate tasks, analyze large dataset)
Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) certification
Highly analytical with an eye for detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and presentation skills
6-10 or more years of relevant work experience
