Responsibilities
Create and design brand assets across packaging, social content, and web
Translate creative direction and early concepts into polished, ready-to-use work
Produce social-first content including graphics, visuals, and short-form video
Design packaging mockups, extensions, and updates
Support website creative including graphics, layouts, and updates
Iterate quickly and refine work based on feedback
Collaborate with Brand Strategy to ensure alignment and consistency
Maintain and evolve the visual system as the brand grows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a hands-on creative or design role
Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of executed work
Experience creating across packaging, digital, social, and web
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
Comfortable working from loose direction and iterating quickly
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Preferred
Experience with consumer brands, CPG, or e-commerce
Experience with short-form video or social content creation
Familiarity with basic web platforms or CMS tools
