Co-Founder Software Engineer (Recent Grad or Early Career)
NanoCure AI R&D Foundation for Cancers and Diseases is developing an innovative AI-driven cancer treatment platform. The Co-Founder Software Engineer will be responsible for owning the entire application and infrastructure stack, working closely with the founder to design, build, and operate software systems that support the R&D platform.

Responsibilities
Own and operate NanoCure AI’s AWS infrastructure end-to-end
Networking, compute, storage, IAM, security boundaries
Dev / staging / production environments
Design and build infrastructure pipelines
Resource provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management
CI/CD for services, models, and operator tooling
Build and maintain system-level observability
Logging, metrics, health checks, and failure visibility
Ensure reliability and reproducibility
Deterministic builds, versioned deployments, environment parity
Document architecture and operational procedures
Confluence-first documentation for infra, services, and workflows
Develop and maintain operator-facing GUIs
Heavy HTML/CSS/JavaScript front-end work
Integrate with Python-based backend services (FastAPI / APIs)
Support real-time status, control flows, and validation views
Work directly with existing GUI code
Extend, refactor, and harden current operator tools
Improve usability for wet-lab and hardware-in-the-loop operation
Build internal tools
Qualification
Required
Strong experience building and operating production AWS infrastructure
Experience designing deployment and resource-management pipelines
Comfort owning systems end-to-end (design → build → operate)
Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills for real operator GUIs
Backend experience in Python (APIs, services, async systems)
Linux proficiency and comfort in lab / hardware-adjacent environments
Experience working with Git-based workflows
Preferred
Experience with computer vision or ML inference systems
Familiarity with NVIDIA Jetson platforms or edge AI deployments
Exposure to real-time or near-real-time systems
Experience building internal tooling rather than consumer apps
Comfort working in early-stage, ambiguous environments
Git (code, reviews, versioning)
Confluence (technical documentation)
Microsoft Teams & O365 (day-to-day collaboration)
